Creamy frozen mint pie
- Nabisco Oreo pie crust - 1 (6-oz) Ready-made
- sweetened condensed milk - 1 (14-oz) can
- peppermint extract - 1 to 1½ teaspoon
- green food coloring - 0 – 12 drops
- cool whip - 2 cups (1 pint)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine low fat sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Turn into crust; cover.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
